Complete the application up to 7 days prior to your arrival.

Aruba has implemented a $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors arriving by air. This fee will support sustainability efforts on the island.

The sustainability fee will be charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card application needed to enter Aruba. The website is https://edcardaruba.aw/.

IN SUMMARY - The ED form will need to be filled out 7 days prior to the trip. The approval will come back through email within a day.  It's usually checked before leaving the U.S. to Aruba by the airlines.  The card can be downloaded but I would recommend also printing a hard copy.

  • If you have any questions about if you will be able to expense something related to the Dean’s List Trip, please check with the manager that approves your Concur expense reports PRIOR to our travel dates to avoid any surprises.

HOTEL PARKING AND RENTAL CARS

Valet parking is available at the hotel for $15.00 per day. Daily self parking is free.

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM

Hotel check-out is 11:00 AM

  • Aruba almost always has some wind. Often times it can be very heavy winds. The wind will help keep you cooler from the Aruba heat.
